Our history

Established in 1872, J.H.Horn have now been in business for three centuries. Held within the Hunter family for 6 generations and currently owned by Nicola Burns (nee Hunter) and David Burns, trading as J.H. Horn Glasgow Ltd.

From the very beginning, reliability and high standards have been the foundation of everything we do. These values have been passed down through each generation - from our original premises as John Horn & Son, Plumbers, Gas & Bell Fitters, to the modern plumbing and heating company we are today.

All our work is guaranteed and we use materials of the highest quality and workmanship to the highest standard. We are Gas Safe registered and fully insured with Public Liability Insurance. Our tradesmen carry ID cards available on request.

We are a safety-aware installer and all our tradesmen are time served and meet the qualifications set by the Plumbing Industry & Gas Safe.
